Where is hosted Agorakit ?

We use Alwaysdata, a great hosting company (Transparency, Green hosting, Open source values).
Your database is safe thanks to a godd hosting provider and a 30 days rolling backup system. Each day all your data are backed up. The last 30 days of backup can be restored at all time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you just need to contact us.

I thought that open source software was free?!

An open source software like Agorakit is indeed free to download and install. But development, hosting and support costs money. If you support us, you support the project.

Who owns my data?

You are and will always be the owner of your data. It's always possible to download an export of your data if you'd like to host your group somewhere else.
Agorakit is an open source tool : it means you can host it anywhere you like. You are not stuck in a golden cage :-)
